The execution services technology team supports the technology needs for facilitating electronic trading on over 50 global futures and options exchanges. Our technology stack includes trading system components from Sungard [formerly GL Trade], FIX and OMS applications from ULLink and a wide variety of applications and extensions developed in-house.

Most of the applications are developed using C# .Net, Java, J2EE, FIX, Bash, Python etc. and support electronic trading, technical on-boarding of clients, reporting and STP feeds to middle and back office systems etc.

The development team that designs, develops and supports the global order management and trading system is looking for a new member to further develop our C# .Net GUI.  Very strong ability to work on vendor integration projects is a must, as daily tasks and projects will require a clear understanding on how multiple systems interact. The team is responsible for the management of capacity, performance and growth of the environment as well as the development of new features sponsored by the business. As such, the candidate must be able to work in parallel on medium term projects (release process of new binaries, architecture, features) as well as daily tasks (trouble shooting , helping the production teams).

Those projects are maintained by teams located multiple regions, thus the ability to understand existing procedures and methodologies and adapt to those is a must.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and an innovative thinker with a strong focus on quality of delivery and a continuous focus on improving existing processes, procedures and applications.

Technical Requirements

  • Strong C# .Net knowledge, specifically for GUI (WPF) development is ideal.

  • Familiarity with DevExpress framework or similar is desired.

  • Familiarity with Unix commands and troubleshooting application performance issues is strongly desired

  • Knowledge of trading OMS concepts or the FIX protocol is desired but not required.

  • Good Java skills for small to medium development projects desired but not required.

  • Futures Product knowledge and experience dealing with the intricacies of the futures exchanges in the Americas is desired but not required.



Ideally Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Math or Sciences preferred.
